JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for evaluating customers’ needs, creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides to improve customers training and performance. Will also be responsible for developing the knowledge and skills of a company’s workforce. Also ensuring that the company has a workforce that can meet its current and future business objectives, and deliver quality products and services that meet customers’ needs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Collect and analyze weekly/monthly reports reflecting training need’s, evaluation of performance and achievement of the Training.
- Participate in determination of training programs objectives and contents.
- Assist department manager in evaluation of performance and achievement of the Training objectives.
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs.
- Conduct employee surveys and interviews.
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
- Communicate training needs and online resources.
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
- Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology.
- Test and review created materials.
- Maintain a database of all training materials.
- Instruct employee training and onboarding.
- Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
- Comply with all relevant safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- Performing other related duties or assignments as directed.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor Degree in Business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Social Science, English Language, or any equivalent field.
CERTIFICATION / LICENSES / TRAINING:
Any relevant Licenses, certificates in training will be highly preferred.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Good management and administrative skills.
- Good level in Microsoft Office tools.
- Advanced level of Administration and Management.
- Advanced level of Policy & Procedure.
- Good knowledge of Safety and Security
- High Written & interpersonal communication skills in Arabic & English.
