Responsibilities:
- Provide HR administration services to all employees including standard HR transactions and processes e.g. , payroll transactions, salary certificate requests, employee grievances, employees I.D cards, employees medical insurance cards and all other standard HR administration transactions.
- Establish an ancillary unit in order to ensure processing of all related payroll and administrative transactions for loaned employees to SBU’s or government agencies.
- Carry out the process of changing employees status (e.g. promotion, demotion, transfer, end of service, termination) to ensure all related departmental decisions are processed in SAP system.
- Participate in handling basic employee’s benefits & compensations studies.
- Participate in preparing initial revisions of the MP&P Manual
Education:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in HR/ Business Administration / Public Administration / Computer Science/ Management Information System (MIS)/ Industrial Engineering/ Industrial Management / Law/ Public Relations.
- The Minimum accepted GPA is 2.75 out 4 / 3.75 out of 5 or equivalent.

- Valid Saudi National ID for at least 6 months.
- Official Education degree showing the overall average/GPA (If obtained out of the Kingdom, you must attach the accreditation letter from Saudi Ministry of Education).
- Official Transcript.
- Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS with the minimum score of 72.
Required English Level:
- Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS with a minimum score of 72.
- The issuance date of the test MUST not exceed Three years from the application date.
- Other English Tests will not be accepted.
- The test is MANDATORY for all candidates including Out of the kingdom graduate.
- If the applicant did not take the STEP test yet, the applicant may complete his application and then update the STEP score in the job application once he has taken the test. (If the requisition is still posted on the website)
