JOB PURPOSE:                                                   

 

Assist in evaluating customers’ needs, creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides to improve customers training and performance. Will also assist in developing the knowledge and skills of a company’s workforce.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing weekly/monthly reports reflecting training needs, evaluation of performance and achievement of the Training.
  • Participate in determination of training programs objectives and contents.
  • Assist department manager in evaluation of performance and achievement of the Training objectives.
  • Assist in developing a schedule to assess training needs.
  • Assist in conducting employee surveys and interviews.
  • Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
  • Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
  • Communicate training needs and online resources.
  • Assist in creating training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
  • Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology.
  • Test and review created materials.
  • Maintain a database of all training materials.
  • Instruct employee training and onboarding.
  • Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
  • Comply with all relevant safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Performing other related duties or assignments as directed.

 

EDUCATION:

 

High School or Diploma Degree in relevant field.

 

                    

 

CERTIFICATION / LICENSES / TRAINING:

 

Any relevant Licenses, certificates in training will be highly preferred.
