To support the organization’s financial strategy by preparing, analyzing, and monitoring budgets and financial plans. The role involves providing accurate financial forecasts, identifying trends, and offering insights to enhance decision-making and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to ensure budgetary compliance and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial planning processes.

 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Conduct variance analysis between actuals and forecasts, identifying key drivers.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide real-time analysis to management.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and align financial plans with business objectives.
  • Support strategic initiatives through ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling.
  • Recommend improvements to financial processes and reporting tools.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic Languages.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning software (SAP Ariba , S/4 HANA).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g.Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

 

Nature of Work:

 

Full-time on-site .

 

Working Hours:

 

Employees work 8 hours per day, totaling 40 hours per week, with two days off weekly.

 

Working Locations :

 

Kingdome of Saudia Arabia – Jeddah city – Alkahlidyah District.
