Job Summary:

The Business Development Analyst plays a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and supporting strategic initiatives. This position bridges data-driven insights with actionable strategies to help the company expand its market presence, revenue, and partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, client leads, and industry trends.
  • Analyze business performance metrics, financial data, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align growth strategies.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and recommendations to senior management.
  • Support contract negotiations and partnership development.
  • Track and report on KPIs and business development outcomes.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and identify leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, strategy, or market analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
